Keeping Up With AEM 3385!
This week we mapped out the ripple effects of our work at Anabel’s. In small groups, we each shared one anecdote from working in the store and discussed how this impacted other stakeholders and helped further the mission of the store. We finished the activity by sharing as a class how we continue to build meaningful capital.
This activity is a great way to positively reflect on how your actions in any given organization have a large impact on various aspects of others’ lives and work. Check out how this article on how to create your own ripple effects map!
Have a great week; we cannot wait to see you in store❤️
