Welcome back to our Anabel’s updates! We have a very fun week coming up so be sure to stop by your favorite store!
Giving Day
Get excited, Giving Day is happening this week!!! Spread the word to donate to Anabel’s this March 14th to help us continue our organization’s impact and mission. If willing and able, we are always grateful to anyone wanting to help support Anabel’s mission to keep supporting our local community and better our food system for all.
You can also give back this week in store! You’ll be able to add a dollar to your order when you purchase any of our amazing products this week. We use this money to help make sure we can continue providing fresh, nutritious, and affordable food as well as expanding our outreach to further this mission through all outlets. Our team is baking mini pies and will have them at our outdoor pop-up from 4-5 pm outside of Anabel Taylor Hall. We will also be hosting a mini fundraiser where Anabel’s Grocery students will be shaving cream pied for $2.
Be sure to come and pie a member, support Anabel’s, celebrate pi day, and just have fun!
Know Any Alumni?
We are looking for Anabel’s alumni to come share their experience in our upcoming alumni panel! We ask that they come share about their time at Anabel’s. We want to know more about what they do now, why they love it, and how, if at all, their time at Anabel's helped prepare them for their career.

Toast-A-Thon
Come stop by the Toast-A-Thon! On March 24th, our CollabEdu committee is hosting this event featuring poetry, art, education, and TOAST. The toast will be provided by Wide Awake Bread with gluten-free options available. You and friends will learn about the Alternatives Library’s Prisoner Express program where you will get the chance to write letters + make art to send to prisoners within the program. Be sure to stop by!!
