Fall is the season of root vegetables, and we will have no shortage of them at Anabel’s! Grab your favorites to make into a nice soup, roast in the oven, or just have around as a crunchy snack!
The Spicelight!
Welcome back to this weeks edition of the Spicelight!
This weeks winner isssssss…
Garam Masala!
This fragrant, flavorful spice, is loved by many across Indian cuisine. It is a spice blend of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, cumin, and black peppercorns. This blend adds warm, sweet, and floral note to a dish while also offering some light spice from the peppercorns. You can add this spice to a variety of dishes to add a comforting warmth to the food. Some ways to use garam masala include, sprinkling it over your vegetables before roasting them in the oven, or switching out what you usually season your meat with to try this blend.
We want your feedback!
