Guajillo Chili Powder!
This spice has roots in Mexican cuisine. It is featured in rubs for meat, warm bowls of chili, tamales, and it is a good way to bring some heat to a salsa! It has a mild to medium spice level with a sweet and tangy flavor. This chili powder brings a brightness to your food when other chili powders tend to bring a deep smoky flavor.
