Its almost Thanksgiving! Enjoy this last week of classes before we all head off to break to enjoy some well needed time off. Feel free to stop by and check out some of our products before you head out!

Produce Highlights
This week in Anabel’s we have some great additions from local sellers. Come in and check them out!
Romanesco broccoli and flat and curly kale from Dilmun Hill
Honey nut squash, red onions, red round beets, and rainbow carrots from Stick and Stone Farm
Beefsteak tomatoes, butternut squash, mini butterhead lettuce, winter spinach, and scallions from Plowbreak Farm
Thyme, cilantro, and parsley from High Ground Gardens
Braeburn apples, honeycrisp apples, granny smith apples, and bosc pears from FingerLakes Farms
Bok choy and yellow onions from Fort Baptist Farm
Along with these we will again have many of out tried-and-true great produce from our great vendors. Be sure to come see all that Anabel’s has to offer :)

I love the Bjorn Corn!!! Its my favorite snack in-between classes. My favorite flavor is definitely the spicy flavor. I would highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it. There is something about the yeasty flavor that makes it so addictingly yummy :)
